Our Responsibilities
Healthcare Compliance & Transparency
The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) requires companies to annually document and publicly disclose transfers of value made to health professionals, other relevant decision makers, healthcare organisation, patient organisations and the public. This ensures greater transparency and high levels of trust between the UK patient community and the pharmaceutical industry. Flynn Pharma intends to support this process in full and commits to submitting all data in accordance with the instructions issued by the ABPI.
Flynn Pharma is committed to preserving the integrity of Disclosure UK and transparency in our interactions with Patient Organisations. Payments, or payments in-kind, made by Flynn to Patients or Patient Organisations, will be collated on a secure internal company database.
In accordance with Clause 29.1 and Clause 29.2, Flynn Pharma has made publicly available a list of patient organisations to which it provides donations, grants or sponsorship.
Paperwork associated with all activities will be recorded, checked, stored and made available by Flynn as required by the Code.
